Pinki’s Journey
Pinki began her career in India as a clinical physiotherapist and educator, before moving to Australia in 2017.
Since completing the Australian Physiotherapy Council’s clinical examination process, she has worked extensively with older adults in community and aged care settings.
Patient Care
Her expertise lies in managing sub-acute and chronic musculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory conditions, with a strong focus on goal-oriented, evidence-based care. She also has a professional interest in supporting older adults with acute, sub-acute, and chronic conditions—including neurological presentations—through comprehensive, person-centred physiotherapy.
Inspired by the belief that both effort and rest are essential to healing, Pinki takes a balanced, holistic approach to physiotherapy, helping each client move at a pace that’s right for them. Her care is guided by what matters most to the individual, with a strong focus on supporting independence, enhancing quality of life, and helping clients continue doing the things they enjoy.
Every treatment plan is shaped by each person’s unique goals, values, and what brings them joy.
A Balanced Approach to Health
We offer in-home physiotherapy that focuses on the rhythm of recovery- knowing when to push yourself and when to rest, so you can live a healthier, more balanced life.
Inspired by the rhythm of movement and rest, our approach combines active care with the time and space your body needs to recover.
At Pace and Pause Physio, we believe that healing doesn’t happen through constant effort alone, it also requires moments of stillness, reflection, and restoration.
The concept of pace and pause reflects our core belief that both exercise and recovery are essential parts of rehabilitation. Just as physical movement helps rebuild strength and function, purposeful pauses allow the body and mind to reset, recharge, and adapt. By honouring this balance, we support safe, sustainable improvements in your health, without overwhelming your system.
We believe in meaningful progress, guided by your goals, on your terms.
